Our most floral cuvée. The strong lavander nose is balanced by delicate flavors of honey and the flower itself, finishing with light tannic notes. A truly unique experience.
This cuvée is made with lavender honey from Girona. It is the driest of all our cuvées. The first aromas reveal caramel, followed by floral notes and delicate hints of lavender. On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance between fruity, floral and honeyed notes, with a subtle softness brought by its lactic acidity. The lavender aromas linger beautifully.Batch No. 008-25: 12% alc. vol. – residual sugar at bottling: approximately 13 g/L
Mead categories differ from those of wine and generally contain slightly more sugar. At 25 g/L or less, a mead is considered dry. This style allows the honey’s distinctive notes to express themselves more fully, highlighting the botanical characteristics of the surrounding flora while preserving the character of the honey itself. Our dry meads are balanced by natural acidity provided by bacteria native to the hive, a method unique to our meads.
