At the start of spring, Jean-Christope installs his hives in naturally preserved areas of the Dombes plateau in eastern France. From here, the bees create a uniquely delicious treasure.

With a rich but accessible flavor, this honey is equally good in gourmet creations as in everyday cuisine.
