These Propolis and Willowherb ampules can be consumed directly, or added to a water bottle and drank throughout the day. If you are doing an intensive cure, it is best to take them without dilution.
No they are specifically formulated for doses adapted for adults. Adolescents over the age of 12 can safely take them, but it is advised to only take one ampule every two days. Equally, they are not recommended to pregnant or breast-feeding women.
An intensive cure is to be followed over for 5 days, with one ampule in the morning and one at night. For more preventative use, the ampules can be taken once per day, or added to a drink for a slower, prolonged intake.
