Pure beeswax and cotton flannel ear candles, for natural ear hygiene.
This ancestral ritual has been passed down through the centuries by various peoples around the world, particularly the Hopi Indians.
The candles are applied at the entrance of the ear. Their elongated cone shape and the heat they generate create a vortex effect and a softening action within the ear canal. The warmth and subtle aromas released promote a deep sense of well-being and relaxation. Combined with the soothing effect of a facial massage, this ritual can help reduce stress and encourage inner calm.
The candles used in this Hopi-inspired ritual are long cones made from pure beeswax. The base of the cone is as narrow as the entrance of the ear canal, while the upper opening measures approximately two centimeters in diameter. Each candle is about thirty centimeters long, a length necessary to ensure an optimal vortex effect. Cotton flannel forms the inner support of the candle, allowing the wax cone to remain rigid and preventing wax from dripping.
The Hopi Indians—whose name means “peaceful people”—have long been guardians of life and ecology. Their philosophy is simple: every being should live in peace and harmony with nature. Today, the modern world is rediscovering their innovative ancestral wellness practices, centred on purification and inner balance.
The elongated cone shape of these candles has been carefully designed to create a fragrant and purifying airflow vortex inside the candle (the vortex effect), ensuring maximum duration and effectiveness. The cotton flannel lining prevents wax leakage during use.
Each candle is handcrafted by a Canadian beekeeper according to the purest Hopi traditions. Every candle is made with positive intention, believed to enhance the vibrational qualities of the beeswax.
The exceptionally high-quality beeswax comes from bees that forage on organic blueberry blossoms in a wild region of Canada and have not been exposed to environmental poisoning for over 28 years.
The pure cotton flannel is specially produced by a local Canadian manufacturer.
Usage: Hopi Ear Candles are not conventional decorative candles. For optimal use, it is recommended to perform the ritual 2 to 3 times per year on average. Please read the complete instructions carefully before use.
