Crafted by Human Hands

• Harvested only when fully mature (without dehumidification), in harmony with nature's fundamental cosmic rhythms.
• Honeycombs are uncapped by hand using a knife.
• Never pasteurised and never heated above 35°C (95°F), the natural temperature of the hive.
• Hand-packed directly at the honey house.
• Dynamised honey: slowly matured and gently stirred over long periods to subtly enhance its original qualities.
