Throughout history, humans have coexisted closely with bees, as they took up residence in trees, rocks, gardens, or even homes. In the past, it was common for rural families to possess beehives, and this tradition persists in many Central American villages to this day. The gentle buzzing of bees holds a remarkable power to harmonize, instilling a living resonance within our bodies and minds, akin to the serene note of a tuning fork, the enchanting melodies of music, or the sacred "Om" of meditation. At the Lavra Monastery in Kiev, Orthodox monks regularly engage in prayer in the presence of bees, attuned to their serene presence.
