En termes simples, ce sont des substances n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la croissance de bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, dans les diff\u00e9rents microbiotes des \u00eatres humains ou animaux<sup>(1)<\/sup>.Ils nourrissent la flore qui permet \u00e0 nos corps de fonctionner au mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent, les pr\u00e9biotiques sont propos\u00e9s sous forme quasi-pharmaceutique, compos\u00e9s de mol\u00e9cules isol\u00e9es issues de processus de raffinement. Et pourtant les meilleurs pr\u00e9biotiques viennent de substances naturelles : il y a une certaine absurdit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter une pauvret\u00e9 induite par des aliments transform\u00e9s avec encore plus de choses transform\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Du microbiote intestinal \u00e0 la peau<\/h3>\n<p>La mani\u00e8re la plus simple d&rsquo;utiliser les pr\u00e9biotiques est la prise par voie orale. Les diff\u00e9rents microbiotes du corps, de la peau, des poumons, g\u00e9nital, digestif<sup>(2)<\/sup> sont interconnect\u00e9s, et nourris \u00e9galement par l&rsquo;intestin. Donc cette mani\u00e8re de les consommer reste la plus s\u00fbre pour s\u2019assurer que tout le corps re\u00e7oit ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels<sup>(3)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>La connexion entre l&rsquo;intestin et la peau est un sujet qui a gagn\u00e9 de l&rsquo;attention ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, jouant un r\u00f4le massif dans le contr\u00f4le des probl\u00e8mes de peau chroniques et aigus<sup>(4)<\/sup>. En exemple: l&rsquo;implication de Bifidobacterium de l&rsquo;intestin dans la pr\u00e9vention de la dermatite atopique<sup>(5)<\/sup>. La flore intestinale est \u00e9galement cruciale pour soutenir un syst\u00e8me <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ballot-flurin.com\/immunite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">immunitaire<\/a> sain <sup>(6)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Le r\u00f4le du miel dans le microbiote intestinal<\/h3>\n<p>Avec son effet antimicrobien, le miel pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un facteur limitant aux microbiotes, m\u00eame pour les bonnes bact\u00e9ries. Cependant, cet effet d\u00e9pend des concentrations sp\u00e9cifiques de ses composants<sup>(7)<\/sup>, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;une fois que le miel est mis dans un th\u00e9, \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur du pain grill\u00e9 ou simplement atteint l&rsquo;estomac, les composants b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour les bact\u00e9ries sont mis \u00e0 disposition sans risque de contre-effet.<\/p>\n<p>Le miel contient de nombreux types diff\u00e9rents d&rsquo;<i>oligosaccharides <\/i>qui sont bien reconnus pour leur capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9biotique, absorbable par l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 enzymatique de ces bonnes bact\u00e9ries, mais pas directement par le syst\u00e8me digestif humain(8).<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes directes sur l\u2019effet pr\u00e9biotique du miel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment. Une \u00e9tude a compar\u00e9 le miel aux pr\u00e9biotiques commerciaux, \u00e0 la m\u00eame concentration, en se concentrant sur les Bifidobact\u00e9ries mentionn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.
