Use advises:
- Immediate defence: take 2 tablets morning, noon and evening to be munched or swallowed, for 5 days.
- Purifying and protective cure (to purify the body, correct juvenile imperfections to have clear breathing skin): take 1 tablet morning and evening for 20 days in spring and autumn.
Children older than 36 months: under adult supervision, give one tablet a day crushed and mixed in food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
