A treat for breakfast or tea time, you can eat it plain or spread with butter or with our apricot or orange delights. Ideal for children’s afternoon snack with an apple or yoghurt. Provides adults with a healthy boost of energy when involved in demanding activity.

Ingredients: wheat flour, honey* 19%, sugar, baking soda, spices (aniseed, cinnamon, coriander, ginger)
