Authentic & naturally flavoured: our fruit delights are cooked exclusively in the traditional way with organic honey coming from our harvests and good blueberries from Corrèze picked at maturity. Rich in vitamins (A, C & P) et antioxidants.
Excellent with yogourts.
Generous and full of quality:
- 100% organic recipe, no added sugar (sugar naturally presents), or additives (colouring agents, conservatives) : 60% fruits and 40% honey from our harvest.
- Low calories, less sugary than traditional jams r preserves (honey contains 25% less sugar than traditional sugar). Easy to digest.
- Vitamin retained : the fruits are naturally preserved in the honey, they are not candied. Only slight pasteurisation is applied. This all preserves the nutritional qualities of your delights.
- Suitable for gourmets and sports-minded and for all those who are concerned about their figure and a balanced lifestyle.
Organic delights, fair and local:
Prepared in small batches in the Pyrenees in the traditional way by a CAT (Centre d'Aide par le travail: sheltered workshop) employing handicapped adults, under the control and using the know-how of Ballot-Flurin.
Ingredients : blueberries (60%)*, organic honey (40%)*, pectin*, lemon juice*.
