Authentic & naturally flavoured: our fruit delights are cooked exclusively in the traditional way with organic honey coming from our harvests and good apricots picked at maturity. Depending on the picking, local variety comin from " Roussillon" . Rich in vitamins A & C.
Delicious on apple pies.
Generous and full of quality:
- 100% organic recipe, no added sugar (sugar naturally presents), or additives (colouring agents, conservatives) : 60% fruits and 40% honey from our harvest.
- Low calories, less sugary than traditional jams r preserves (honey contains 25% less sugar than traditional sugar). Easy to digest.
- Vitamin retained : the fruits are naturally preserved in the honey, they are not candied. Only slight pasteurisation is applied. This all preserves the nutritional qualities of your delights.
- Suitable for gourmets and sports-minded and for all those who are concerned about their figure and a balanced lifestyle.
Organic delights, fair and local:
Prepared in small batches in the Pyrenees in the traditional way by a CAT (Centre d'Aide par le travail: sheltered workshop) employing handicapped adults, under the control and using the know-how of Ballot-Flurin.
Ingredients : apricots (60%)*, organic honey (40%)*, pectin*, lemon juice*.
