Bee's advises:
Apply preferably in the evening, leaving the bath or shower on damp skin.
On hair: after shampoo, apply a small amount in your hand an then over your hair.

• Body use: after a shower or a bath, on your still damp skin, just put a few drops in the hollow of your hand, rub your palms together and then spread it over your skin, massaging to make sure it penetrates deeply.
Applied in this way, the oil leaves just a very thin protective film on your skin which smoothes it and turns it silky, without any “greasy” effect.

2 way of using it:
1.The hair as a whole: carefully apply the salve to your roots, then massage to distribute it thoroughly. Let stand 30 minutes. Then gently shampoo. Repeat about once a week. For more penetration action or for tired, damaged hair, wrap your hair in a hot, damp towel or a bouffant cap made of paper or fabric, let stand overnight. The next morning, rinse and finish up by gently shampooing.
2. Dry, damaged or split ends: put a few drops in the hollow of your hand, spread it on the fingertips of your other hand, apply to the ends of your hair and massage thoroughly. Let stand for around 20 minutes, then gently shampoo. Repeat several times a week as needed.

• Face use : for dry skin or dry areas on the face (upper lip, cheekbones), enrich your usual day cream (e.g. the Beekeeper's anti ageing cream or Beekeeper's cream for sensitive skin with a dab of salve in the hollow of your hand and apply to the desired areas.
